How to withdraw your consent
Where the legal reason for processing your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your information before you withdrew your consent.
If you would like to withdraw your consent for us to use your information, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) by:
emailing dpa.officer@stockport.gov.uk
writing to the following address:

Please provide us with as much information about your request as you can. This will help us to find your information as quickly as possible.
Withdrawing consent for your health information
If you access health and social care services, you can use NHS Digital's national data opt-out service. This gives you more control over how identifiable health and care information is used.
You can use this service to opt out of confidential patient information being used for reasons other than your individual care and treatment.
