Data portability
You can ask for any personal data that you have given to us be changed so that you can use it with other organisations. We'll provide this information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This means that any other organisations you may want to transfer it to will be able to access and use it easily.
When the right to data portability applies
You can request that your data is converted to a portable electronic machine-readable format if:
- the data is information that you have provided to us
- the information is being processed by a computer
- the processing is based on your consent or the performance of a contract
When the right to data portability does not apply
You can only ask for personal data that you have already provided to us. If this data contains information about another person, we may not be able to transfer it without their consent.
If there is any other reason why we are not able to do this, we'll let you know within one month of your request. If you're not happy with the reason, we'll let you know how to make a complaint.
