We're proud to have a policy that supports staff who also serve in the Armed Forces Reserves. Wherever possible, Reservists are able to attend the Reserve Forces Training events when they take place on normal working days. We'll also agree to release employees for Reservist duties, unless there are exceptional circumstances and deployment will not affect continuous service benefits.
