Businesses and landlords
You can view and manage your Business Rates account or view your landlords information.
If you are having trouble logging in to your online accounts, you can:
- use the links on the log in page to receive an email with your username or password on
- use the 'sign up for an account' button on the log in page, which will reissue your username and password again
If you are still having problems, email us quoting your account reference or claim reference in the subject line at mystockport.account@stockport.gov.uk.
Email blocking
If you're having trouble receiving emails from:
- council.tax@stockport.gov.uk
- business.rates@stockport.gov.uk
- mystockport.account@stockport.gov.uk
- benefits@stockport.gov.uk
Please make sure that the emails have not been going into your spam folder or junk mail. Some email providers have aggressive spam filters that will automatically block emails which are detected as spam. To make sure you receive your emails, please add the relevant address to your address book and Safe Senders list.
