Taxi licensing collection service
As of Wednesday 1 April 2026, the collection service will operate every Wednesday from 9am to midday, and 1pm to 4pm.
We recommend you take new vehicles to a test centre on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Vehicles tested on Wednesdays will be eligible to collect plates during the Wednesday collection service hours.
