Stockport Town Centre East Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF)

This SRF is a spatial plan which has been prepared to improve the existing built environment to the east of Stockport Town Centre. It will help to shape future land uses and encourage the right type, scale and design of new development coming forward within the framework area.

This framework will drive transformational change in Stockport Town Centre's east side over the next 15 years and beyond. It will convert under-used areas into vibrant, sustainable neighbourhoods, setting a new standard for urban living. The goal is to make the town a place where people are proud to live, work, and visit.
