Due to current levels of statutory work and reduced staff resources, there will be delays in progressing inspections on building projects and in responding to messages about existing matters. You must tell us when building work is complete
There is now a mandatory requirement to tell us when building work is complete. This requirement is fulfilled by completing and submitting a Notice of Completion form. Download a copy of the form and find more information on what you must do once the work is complete.
