Essential Parent
Essential Parent is an online library of information including articles, videos and digital leaflets. It provides easy access to all the information and help you need, whenever you need it, supporting you from pregnancy all the way through to raising teenagers and young people.
Midwifery and Health Visiting teams also use Essential Parent as a way of sending out key information that you'll need throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born. They can help you to register online, or you can register yourself.

In Our Place
In Our Place provides bitesize courses designed to help you nurture your child’s emotional health and wellbeing, from pregnancy and throughout childhood and adolescence.
Sign up to better understand your child’s feelings and behaviour and raise them to be emotionally aware, sociable and confident. Courses are tailored for all stages of a child’s development to help all family members become more confident through reflective, supportive learning without judgment.
