1. What we do
We monitor, maintain and improve the quality of social care commissioned in Stockport.
We're always happy to receive feedback from people who use our services, their families or their representatives and also from staff who work in health and social care.
Where we find that something is working really well, we'll tell other care providers about it. We also make sure local providers know about:
- national best practice
- new standards and guidelines for improving the quality of care
If you've a concern or complaint about the quality of care we always recommend that you speak to your care provider first. In the majority of cases they'll be able to resolve the matter.
