The adult social care Quality team monitors, maintains and improves the quality of social care commissioned in Stockport.
We are always happy to receive feedback from people who use services, their families or their representatives and also from staff who work in health and social care.
Where we find that something is working really well, we will tell other care providers about it. We also make sure local providers know about national best practice, and new standards and guidelines for improving the quality of care.
If you have a concern or complaint about the quality of care we always recommend that you speak to the care provider first. In the majority of cases they will be able to resolve the matter.
