Medical report of fitness

You must submit a medical report of fitness with your first application and then again when you reach 45 years old.

After the age of 45 you must submit a medical report of fitness every 5 years.

If you're aged over 65 the report must be submitted every year.

The report must be completed and signed by your GP or a doctor who has full access to your medical history.

Your GP can recommend increasing the frequency of your medical.

Your licence will be suspended if you do not submit a new medical report within the required timescales.
