You can get support from Digital Champions to get your digitally excluded service users online.

Your staff can become Digital Champions. They can get training to help support your digitally excluded service users.

The skills your Digital Champions will need include:

  • good communication and active listening with service users
  • patience and ability to build trust with service users
  • confidence in their own ability
