1. Apply for funding to support people during national restrictions
If you're currently supporting community resilience during national restrictions, funding is available.
With a Stay at Home order in place until 31 March, we want to make sure that:
- communities who've already been significantly impacted by coronavirus are supported
- grass roots community groups, at the heart of the pandemic response, have the resources they need to continue to provide this support
We'll be prioritising applications:
- that support those in financial need, particularly fuel poverty
- that tackle digital inclusion, through access to data and devices
- that reduce social isolation and improve the emotional wellbeing of our most vulnerable communities
- that support children and young people with remote learning
- that address organisational resilience; who respond and adapt to change
You can apply for up to £1000.
If you have any questions you can email stockportlocal@stockport.gov.uk.
Applications received by Tuesday 26 January will be notified by Thursday 28 January, if they've been successful.
