You can use this form to request an assisted collection to help you put your bin out if you have:
- a mobility or health condition that means you cannot put your bins out
- no-one else in the home that can help you
To help us know whether you meet the above criteria you must either:
- be a registered Blue Badge holder
- get your doctor to stamp a paper form that we'll send you if you select this option
You can use this form to request help for:
- yourself
- for someone you know. For example; a friend, relative or neighbour
Before you start
If you're requesting help for yourself, you’ll need:
- your Blue Badge number (if applicable)
If you're requesting help on behalf of someone else, you’ll need:
- details of the person who needs the collection
- their Blue Badge number (if applicable)

The council primarily use your data for processing your request. All information is processed in accordance with our organisational privacy notice. We never sell your data to third parties or use it to market to you without your consent.
