Report incorrectly presented waste

Incorrectly presented waste is when waste or bins in your neighbourhood are not stored or put out for collection in the right way.

You can use our online form to tell us if:

• waste is in the wrong bin
• there's waste left at the side of the bin
• a bin has been put out on the wrong day
