You can use this form to challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
Before you start
You'll need the PCN number (starting with SM followed by 8 numbers) and contravention code number to complete the form. This is displayed on the front of the PCN and/or correspondence you received.
If you make your appeal within 14 days of the date on which the PCN was issued and your appeal is rejected, the discount period will be reset for a further period of 14 days from the date of the rejection letter.

The council primarily use your data for processing your parking fine, this may be shared with other government departments in accordance with our organisational privacy notice. We never sell your data to third parties or use it to market to you without your consent.
