Before you book a collection

Items for collection must be placed outside at the front edge of the property, near the pavement. This is usually where your bins are collected. The items need to be easily accessible for the collection before 7am. You must make sure there are no obstructions. We'll only collect the items you tell us about.

Bulky waste is split into 3 waste types and each type will be collected on different days.

• electrical items, such as washing machines, fridge freezers and electric recliners
• non-electrical items, such as beds, mattresses, wardrobes, chests of drawers and carpets
• soft furnishings, such as sofas, armchairs and upholstered chairs, including computer or desk chairs, dining chairs and pouffes

If you have items from more than one waste type, you’ll need to select different collection dates within the booking form.

Each item must be listed separately. For example, a bed frame and a mattress are 2 separate items.

You cannot add extra items to your collection. If you need any more items collecting, you must make a new booking and it will be charged as a new collection.

If the items are not left as instructed, we will not collect them and you will not be refunded.

There does not need to be anyone at the property for us to collect your items.
