Before you start

New permits

Applying for a resident permit

You'll need one of the following:

• your V5C registration document
• your car insurance policy
• a letter from your company on headed paper

You'll also need one of the following:

• a utility bill
• a Council Tax bill
• your tenancy agreement

You'll need a valid Blue Badge number, if you have one.

Apply for a visitor permit

You'll need one of the following:

• a utility bill
• a Council Tax bill
• your tenancy agreement

You'll need a valid Band A Leisure Key reference, if you have one.
