School Crossing patrols provide a valuable service to our community in Stockport. They're provided to assist children walking to school.
They are not necessarily directly outside a school but could be anywhere on a direct route to a school. Stockport currently has over 50 school crossing patrols in operation.
Working as a school crossing patrol
We have a number of positions in Stockport for School Crossing Patrols. Hours of work are flexible and can vary at each School Crossing Patrol site. As a School Crossing Patrol you'll cover a set location within the Borough. This will usually be between the hours of 8am to 9:15am and 3pm to 4pm during school term time.
