Romiley Park is a well-loved neighbourhood park close to the centre of Romiley village.
Romiley Park is a pleasant park with seating and flower beds on the corner of Sandy Lane and Compstall Road. This seating area is close to an open play area, where children can play safely. The park also has a well equipped children’s playground and a small football pitch.
The park has changed and developed greatly over the last 100 years. It was originally created as a recreation ground in the early 20th century prior to the First World War.
