School Lane, Compstall: proposed carriageway and embankment repairs
Highway maintenance works are scheduled to take place on a section of School Lane, Compstall, due to damage caused by recent flooding.
Works are expected to start on 2 June 2025 and will last for approximately 3 weeks, subject to weather conditions. Working hours will be from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
To keep everyone safe and allow repairs to happen, the road will be closed while the work takes place.
Please note: vehicle access to Hyde’s Farm and properties beyond this point on School Lane will not be possible while works are in progress. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
