Glossop Road, Marple Bridge: planned road repairs

Road repairs are planned on Glossop Road, between Benches Lane and the Stockport boundary.

Work is expected to take place on Sunday 22 June and Sunday 29 June 2025, between 07:00 and 17:00, depending on the weather.

To keep everyone safe and allow the work to take place, the road will be closed during these times. A signed diversion route will be in place.

Bus companies have been informed and will make any necessary changes to services affected by the closure.
