Incorrectly presented waste is when waste or bins in your neighbourhood are not stored or put out for collection in the right way.
You can call our contact centre on 0161 217 6111 to tell us if:
- waste is in the wrong bin
- there's waste left at the side of the bin
- a bin has been put out on the wrong day
