You must display a valid Stockport Council vehicle licence plate on your vehicle. It's a criminal offence to drive a licensed vehicle without one.
You should also be able to produce your vehicle licence if requested by a Licensing Officer or the police.
It's important that you contact us as soon as possible if your licence or vehicle plate is lost or stolen.
If you need replacement private hire vehicle stickers, email taxiadmin@stockport.gov.uk. The stickers cost £4 each.
