I first discovered EPEC as a parent, newly at home with my third child and looking for a way to support others in my community. What started as a recommendation from my Health Visitor quickly became a turning point. Through the Parent Group Leader training and support I received, I found not only practical parenting tools, but also a deep sense of connection, purpose, and confidence.

Now, as EPEC Coordinator for Stockport, I feel incredibly proud to support the very project that once supported me. EPEC inspires me every day, and continues to remind me of the power of parents supporting parents.
