Assist with our investigations and where necessary to contact you so that we can work together to help you with your enquiry. We use the report of a pothole, damaged road or pavement information to support future investigations and where appropriate to maintain records.

Who do we share your information with?
The council shares the data internally including with our in-house contractor who carry out the repairs. This is so that various officers can assist and respond as appropriate. Reports of potholes and damaged roads or pavements are also used to inform the highways planned maintenance programme.
How long will we keep your information?
We will store the information you provide for 6 years.
Transferring your information outside of the European Union (EU)
We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.

For this service all the decisions we make about you involve human intervention.
