- legal obligation: under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and Highways Act 1980

- from yourself

- internal departments (for example, Legal, Highways)
- external parties such as the Planning Inspectorate, landowners, or other interested parties
Information may also be published in part (for example, redacted versions of user evidence) as part of the public consultation process.
How long will we keep your information?
Records will be retained in accordance with the council’s Records Retention Schedule, which aligns with statutory obligations and best practice in records management.
Transferring your information outside of the European Union (EU)
We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.

For this service all the decisions we make about you involve human intervention.
