  • the Electoral Registration Office
  • credit reference agencies for the purpose of fraud prevention – personal data shared with credit reference agencies is limited to individual name, address and Council Tax reference number
  • enforcement agents
  • debt collection and tracing agencies
  • the police
  • data processors (including payment software providers and SMS messaging providers)

How long will we keep your information?

Financial year + 6 years

We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.
