  • when you apply for any of our community grants

We may share your information with:

  • third party funding partners
  • regulatory and law enforcement bodies where this is necessary and appropriate

How long will we keep your information?

In line with the council’s Record Retention Schedule we will keep your data for:

  • unsuccessful grant applications: 2 years
  • successful grant applications: 7 years

Transferring your information outside of the European Union (EU)

We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.

For this service all the decisions we make about you involve human intervention.
