  • research the effectiveness of the schemes and supporting future policy development

  • financial information, including the details of the grant provided

  • it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of our official authority, including the recovery of any grant funds incorrectly awarded or paid
  • it is necessary for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences including fraud
