- your phone number
- your National Insurance number
- information about benefit claims including Housing Benefit and Council tax support
- your child's name
- your child's date of birth
- the name and address of the school or college that your child will attend in September 2023

The processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Council.
