- family and relationship details
- details of any other member of your household; your non-dependant's earnings listed on the claim may be verified with the Department for Work and Pensions Searchlight system to work out how much the applicant will be paid

- we are required to use your data to carry out legal obligations or to comply with a statutory function
or - the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the council

How long will we keep your information?
Current financial year + 6 years.
Claim form and rent related documents will be retained for the period which the claim is live.
Transferring your information outside of the European Union (EU)
We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.

For this service all the decisions we make about you involve human intervention.
