  • assess entitlement to access free places on holiday activities funded by the HAF programme. We are required to ensure that HAF funded places are only offered to eligible children as outlined by the DfE.

What is the legal basis for using your information?

  • provision of The HAF Programme is a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller

Where do we get your information?

  • holiday club providers will share the registers with Stockport Council
  • you may share your details with Stockport Council when making an enquiry
  • a professional working with your family, such as a social worker or school worker may share your details in order to ensure you are able to access provision

Who do we share your information with?

  • we will not share identifiable data any further

How long will we keep your information?

We will need to complete an analysis of the number of Free School Meal eligible children who accessed clubs over the summer. Once this analysis has been completed and submitted in October records will be deleted.

Transferring your information outside of the European Union (EU)

We will not transfer your information outside of the EU.

For this service all the decisions we make about you involve human intervention.
