You can send your enquiry form to planning.dc@stockport.gov.uk or you can post it to:

When we receive your application, we'll send you a link via email so that you can pay your pre-application advice fee.

If you've already received a reference number for your pre-application, you can pay the fee online.

If your pre-application advice is invalid we'll explain the reasons why and give you time to submit any missing information. If you submit your fee without all the necessary information or if we've not received the information within 20 working days, your fee will be returned to you with £35 deducted for administration costs.
