Pest control prices for domestic properties (including VAT):

  • ants: £81 (revisit within 28 days of the initial treatment: £35)

  • fleas: £133.50 (includes 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

  • fleas (per additional room): £35

  • wasps: £81 (revisit or nest removal within 28 days of initial treatment: £35)

  • cockroaches: £134 (includes 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

  • bedbugs: £215 (includes up to 3 rooms and 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

  • bedbugs (per additional room): £47

  • rats and mice: £93 (includes 2 revisits which must be no more than 28 days between each visit)

  • squirrels: £165 (includes 2 visits within 10 days between each visit)

  • general insects: £81 (revisit within 28 days of initial treatment: £35)

  • pest identification: £35

  • birds (nest removal only): £35

50% discount is available on production of valid housing benefit, income support or low income related benefit or Leisure Key Band A Holders.

There is no discount for:

  • a second wasps' nest
  • a removal of a wasps' nest after treatment
  • pest identification

If you’re a Stockport Homes tenant, you can contact your housing officer to arrange a free treatment if you have:

  • rats
  • mice
  • cockroaches
  • squirrels

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel your treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll need to pay a £16.50 fee.

If a pest control officer attends but a treatment cannot be carried out, you’ll need to pay a £35 attendance and advice fee. You’ll receive a refund for the price of your treatment, minus the £35 fee.

Treatment for bees

We do not treat for bees in Stockport. Bees play a vital ecological role in the environment. If you do have a problem, we recommend that you seek the advice of a beekeeper by emailing alantowse@talktalk.net.
