Pest control prices for domestic properties (including VAT):

• ants: £147.40 (revisit within 28 days of the initial treatment: £35)

• fleas: £147.40 (includes 3 rooms and 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

• fleas (per additional room): £38.50

• wasps: £116 (includes 1 revisit or nest removal within 28 days of initial treatment. Additional nests: £10 each)

• cockroaches: £147.40 (includes 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

• bed bugs: £236.50 (includes up to 3 rooms and 1 revisit within 28 days of initial treatment)

• bed bugs (per additional room): £51.70

• rats and mice: £102 (includes 2 revisits which must be no more than 28 days between each visit)

• squirrels: £181.50 (includes 2 revisits with no more than 10 days between each visit)

• general insects: £147.40 (revisit within 28 days of initial treatment: £35)

• pest identification: £38.50

50% discount is available on production of valid housing benefit, income support or low income related benefit, or Leisure Key Band A card.

There is no discount for:

• a second wasps' nest
• pest identification

If you’re a Stockport Homes tenant, you can contact your housing officer to arrange a free treatment if you have:

• rats
• mice
• cockroaches
• squirrels

Request a pest control treatment

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel your treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll need to pay a £16.50 fee.

If a pest control officer attends but a treatment cannot be carried out, you’ll need to pay a £35 attendance and advice fee. You’ll receive a refund for the price of your treatment, minus the £35 fee.
