Pay a parking fine

There are 3 types of PCN:

• parking fines start with SM3 or SM4, use this form
• pay a camera car fine, fines start with SM6
• pay a bus lane fine, fines start with SM8

You can only use this page to pay for a parking fine.

If you have been issued with a fixed penalty notice (FPN) for an environmental offence, you must use our fixed penalty notice payment page.
