Joint commissioning and integrated working is the way the SEND system partners share ownership of improving the lives of children and young people and their families. Partners across education, health and care work with children young people and their families to plan, design, and deliver support which maximises our collective resource.
How we developed this plan
This plan has been developed through:
- engagement with children and families
- our SEND Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
- a robust analysis of current spend within the Investment Position Statement
