Our vision to support people have meaningful lives starts with valuing the skills and attributes that people with learning disabilities have and seeing them as equal valuable citizens who make our communities better and more vibrant.

Next steps:
- further develop the employment support offer
- work in partnership to make sure day time support focuses on independence
- building independence is at the centre of all we do
- work with providers to ensure they have a flexible and personalised offer that supports independence
