Family Hubs support families from pregnancy through to young people aged up to 19, or aged up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

One Stockport Local
One Stockport Family Hubs are part of One Stockport Local, which is bringing together help and support to make it easier for you to help yourself, your family, and the people you care for.
We have a whole host of ways for you to get early help and support, including:
- appointments in libraries
- money maximiser roadshows
- the Stockport Local online directory
This is all part of our neighbourhoods and prevention programme, which aims to create happy and healthy lives for everyone living in Stockport.
