Vitality brings over 1,000 jobs to Stockport Exchange

Last updated: 6 January 2026

Stockport town centre is set for a major boost as health and life insurance company Vitality prepares to move into Stockport Exchange, bringing more than 1,000 jobs to the site.

The company, which already has offices in London and Bournemouth, will relocate from Wellington Road next year to 3 Stockport Exchange – one of the modern office buildings next to Stockport railway station. This move means the thriving business district will soon be home to over 2,000 people working across a range of industries.

Vitality will join well-known names already based at Stockport Exchange, including Stagecoach and MusicMagpie. The development has become one of Greater Manchester’s most connected business locations, thanks to its proximity to the station and easy links to Manchester Airport and London.
