Under 18s can win up to £50 of Amazon vouchers in Stockport's Creative Competition
Anyone who applies (or has applied) to Beacon Counselling’s current competition will now be in with a chance to win one of nine Amazon vouchers, thanks to Stockport Family.
Running until 12 June, the competition asks children and young people to respond to the question: ‘How do you look after your mental health?’ Entrants can use any form of creative medium they wish.
Cllr Mark Hunter Leader of Stockport Council, said: “We’ve seen some great entries to the competition so far, and we want to encourage even more people to apply. That’s why we’re more than happy to have provided these prizes.
“Drawing, painting, photography or any other art or craft can be submitted. We know there’s so much talent out there, so please get involved!”
The competition opened in February, and this is the final opportunity for children and young people to be in for a chance to win.
Prizes include three £50, £30 and £10 Amazon vouchers, and one lucky winner will also receive the opportunity to work with a professional designer to develop their work. The finished outcome will be used to promote mental health support across the borough.
To enter the #StampOutStigma competition, you must be under 18 and a resident of Stockport. You can submit scans or photographs of your work by sending an email with your name, age and school to SOS@beacon-counselling.org.uk. Submissions close at 09:00 on Sunday 12 June.
Please note that anyone who has previously entered the competition will also be added to the prize draw.
