Summer in full swing as families enjoy events across Stockport

Events across Stockport are in full swing this summer, bringing creativity, play, and learning to families throughout the borough. From urban beaches and museum trails to workshops and interactive exhibitions.

At the heart of this summer’s programme is Stockroom. Since opening in May, Stockroom has been a huge hit with families and has attracted more than 250,000 visitors. It offers a welcoming children’s library and creative learning space — a great place to read a book, meet friends, and join in with free regular workshops and activities.
