The Stockport Children’s Book Awards are back for 2024, and once again we need your votes!

Stockport Children’s Book Awards: Voting Now Open and Win Your Height In Books!

If your child hasn't participated yet, there's still an opportunity to read and vote for their preferred book. Find a copy at your local library or download and read with BorrowBox. Then vote for your favourite here: https://forms.office.com/e/5PNiJf1dMw

Stockport Libraries is hosting a special competition as part of this year's Book Awards, offering a unique chance for your child to potentially win a prize equivalent to their height in books!

To seize this opportunity, all your child has to do is craft a piece of art inspired by their favourite shortlisted title in the book awards. The artistic creation can take any form, whether it's a collage, painting, drawing, or even a sculpture! Just make sure to drop it off at any Stockport library before May 26th to enter. Alternatively, send your submissions via email to childrensbookawards@stockport.gov.uk

This year, the Stockport Children’s Book Awards are even better, with more activities in schools, more displays of children’s art, and an even more spectacular awards ceremony, where we will be crowning our readers of the year! We hope to see you there!
