On Friday 28 November at 9:59am, Søstrene Grene is opening a brand-new store at Merseyway Shopping Centre. To celebrate the launch, the store will welcome the community with exclusive giveaways, live entertainment and festive refreshments.
The much-loved retailer, celebrated for its creative, calming and distinctly Scandinavian shopping experience, will further expand the Danish brand’s presence across Greater Manchester, where stores can also be found in Altrincham and Manchester city centre. With over 370 stores globally, the Stockport store will be the UK’s 66th store.
Just in time for the festive season, the Stockport store will showcase a thoughtfully curated collection of Christmas décor, gifts and home accessories, designed to bring warmth and creativity to every home. Shoppers can expect holiday essentials finds including Velvet Boxes (£3.84), Wrapping Paper (£1.54) and Gift Tags (£1.68). In addition to Søstrene Grene signature Christmas décor; Decorative Tree (£2.68), Tealight Holder House (£3.78) and Hanging Star (£1.74).
To mark the latest launch, the first 100 customers through the doors will receive a voucher for a large-tufted rug (worth over £60) as a complimentary gift. Guests can also enjoy refreshments, explore the new collection and will have the opportunity to take home a goodie bag filled with surprises. The celebration will be brought to life with enchanting performances from ballet dancers and a live string duo, adding a touch of magic and capturing the creative essence at the heart of the Søstrene Grene universe.
