Have your say on NHS England consultation
Stockport Council are calling on local residents to have their say on proposed contracting arrangements for Integrated Care Providers (ICPs).
The NHS England consultation provides more detail about how the proposed ICP Contract would underpin integration between services, how it differs from existing NHS contracts, and how ICPs fit into the broader commissioning system.
In short, ICPs would allow Clinical Commissioning Groups and Councils to use one provider to buy health and care services.
Councillor Wendy Wild, Deputy Leader of Stockport Council, said: “There’s just over one month left to have your say on ICPs so please do take the time to have your say.
“If you don’t have access to the online survey, you can also respond by post or alternatively, send any questions or enquiries about the consultation to firstname.lastname@example.org.”
You can have your say until the 26th October 2018 by visiting https://www.engage.england.nhs.uk/consultation/proposed-contracting-arrangements-for-icps/
