St Peter's Square
The Managed Site at St Peter’s Square covers an irregular shaped area lying between Mersey Square (Rock Row) to the north, Lawrence Street to the west, St Peter’s Square (road) to the east, and St Petersgate to the south.
From the North West corner of the proposed Consent Street the boundary follows the back of pavement/footway along Lawrence Street.
After this point the boundary follows the building line of Petersgate House up to a point where it reaches the front edge of the footway/road kerb-line on St Petersgate.
The boundary then follows the front edge of footway/road kerb-line in an easterly direction to St Peters Square (Road).
At St Peters Square (Road) the boundary crosses from the front edge of the footway to the back kerb-line of the footway at a point where it adjoins the boundary wall of St Petersgate Church. From this point the boundary follows the back kerb-line as far as the retaining wall above Mersey Square (Rock Row).
The boundary then follows the line of the retaining wall up to a point where it meets the building line of ‘Stockport Village’.
The boundary follows the building line of Stockport Village and the rear elevation of Stockport Plaza theatre.
