  • Stockport Advocacy service provides adults with an independent advocate so they can better voice their needs, wishes and opinions in the health and social care system.

  • The Prevention Alliance offers support for things like physical, financial and mental wellbeing, connection to the community and housing to people with disabilities, health or lifestyle issues and their carers.
