Renewing your membership
Your membership is set to expire every 2 years. We do this to make sure your contact details are up to date and to comply with library policy and data protection laws.
You can easily renew your membership by confirming your details with a library colleague.
For security and health and safety reasons, if you do not renew your membership, you will not be able to:
- use our services, including online services such as borrowing e-books or e-audiobooks
- borrow books or other items
- use our free computers
- access our libraries using Open+
How do I renew my membership?
To renew your membership, you can:
- speak to a library colleague during our staffed opening times
- email libraries@stockport.gov.uk with your library card number, confirming your name, address, email address and phone number
