How to find and book holiday activities

You can find and book all the HAF clubs from the Holiday Activities website.

There is some helpful guides that provide step by step instructions on the Holiday Activities website.

To access the website, you'll receive an email from hello@holidayactivities.com with your child’s unique voucher code and a link to the booking system. That link has the details of all of the clubs available across Stockport. Once in the booking system, choose ‘select voucher’ and then enter your postcode. You'll then be shown a list of the available clubs in distance order.

SEND inclusive

All of our clubs are as inclusive and accessible as possible but we also have some SEND specific clubs, including 1:1 supported clubs. Some of our mainstream clubs also offer 1:1 support.

When browsing providers on the booking system you can see who offers this level of support in the description of their club.

Short breaks

In some instances you can use short breaks funding so that a PA can go along with your child to a club, or, you can go along yourself. This is not possible in all clubs so you need to contact the provider directly through the booking system to ask if this is possible.

HAF cannot support you to find a PA.

Booking change or mistake

If you have accidently booked onto the wrong club or have seen another club that you would prefer your child to go to, you can cancel your child’s bookings.

Go to the booking system and request to ‘cancel booking’. The HAF provider will need to manually accept the cancellation and it can sometimes take a day or 2 for this to happen. Once the cancellation has been accepted, you'll receive those credits back onto your account and you can then re-book at another club of your choice.
