Applications and queries
If you have questions about a certificate of qualifying works, think there is something wrong with your certificate, or would like to discuss an application for improvement relief, you can:
- email the VOA at the address given on your letter
- use the VOA contact form
The VOA cannot support you with queries on occupation requirements or your business rates bills. There is also no right of appeal against the certified values it gives.
