Help and advice is available if you're at risk of losing your home or you're homeless and have nowhere to live.
You may lose your home if you're:
- behind with your mortgage payments
- having problems renting privately
- suffering domestic abuse or a relationship breakdown
- being asked to leave by friends or family
- being asked to leave a private tenancy
- leaving prison
- leaving care
Contact Stockport Homes if you think you're at risk of losing your home for any of the above reasons.
If you do become homeless the Homechoice Team may be able to provide you with temporary accommodation.
For a homeless emergency outside normal office opening hours, please call 0161 474 2818.
